The induction version features five cooking zones and includes our highly popular non-stick griddle. By bridging two zones together, you create one large cooking surface perfect for griddling steaks, vegetables, or even making toasted sandwiches. Enjoy a variety of heat settings, from melting chocolate in the pan to rapid boiling and ‘hot holding’ for dishes like curries and chilli.

The dual fuel model comes with sleek semi-gloss cast iron pan supports, single-handed ignition for ease of use, a wok cradle, and a versatile cast aluminium griddle plate. This griddle is half smooth and half grooved, and can be placed directly on the pan supports when needed, providing flexibility for your cooking.

You have a choice of a tradition layout where the bottom right drawer is a bread-proving drawer or a symetrical layout where the top right compartment is a slow cooker.

A dedicated 27 litre slow cooker cavity which would be postition at the top right. Perfect for slow cooking or warming plates, the thermostatically-controlled oven ranges from 80 to 120 degrees providing a fourth working cavity for truly flexible cooking.
